Early Evaluation of Version 1.1.0-alpha

We are excited to announce the availability of UNICONNECT AI 1.1.0-alpha for early evaluation and testing.

This alpha release introduces major enhancements across outbound communications, AI integrations, workflow automation, and edge connectivity — giving evaluators an early look into the next generation of the UNICONNECT AI platform before the official production release.

Key Highlights in Version 1.1.0-alpha

  • Omni Channel Outbound Campaigns: Unified outbound campaigns across Voice, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. Manage customer engagement journeys from a single platform with improved orchestration.
  • 3CX Telephony Integration: Outbound Voice Campaigns now support seamless integration with 3CX Telephony, including call orchestration and improved delivery workflows.
  • AURI AI Assistant Integration: Introducing support for the AURI AI Assistant, enabling AI-powered conversational assistance and intelligent workflow interactions.
  • Enhanced Email Templates: Support for richer and more dynamic content, improved rendering, and better formatting controls for engaging customer communications.
  • Workflow Automation Improvements: Better performance, improved trigger handling, and new actions like 'Send WhatsApp Message' or 'Call an external API'.
  • Uniconnect Edge Improvements: Enhancements to the Unified Agent Desktop App, including improved connectivity handling, user presence management, and contact list visibility.

How to Update

  • Step 1: Login to your UNICONNECT System
  • Step 2: Navigate to System Updates
  • Step 3: Check for available updates and apply 1.1.0-alpha (Note: Administrative permissions may be required)
